If you want to reach your physical and mental best, Allison will show you how to get there. During your personal training sessions with Allison you will work on strength training, cardio, flexibility, and nutrition. This four-pronged approach to fitness will guarantee you fast, effective results. Although personal training sessions are 60 minutes long, Allison is available via phone or email at any time to answer questions, give directions about exercises, or to provide that much needed encouragement to finish a workout on your own.


Allison has worked with over 500 clients ranging in age from 13-75. Her extensive schooling in exercise physiology allows her to draw upon a huge range of exercises- you’ll never get bored!
